  • Better Demand and Supply Forecasts – 31% of respondents prioritized more effective supply and demand forecasting in 2017
  • Quality and Standards Adherence – Three in ten (31%) executives wanted to focus on better adherence to high quality and standards throughout supply chain
  • Measuring Profitability – 30% concerned with costs, and want to improve how they measure product profitability
  • Key Drivers – Include demand for greater value in goods and services, intensifying competition, proliferation of new online channels brought about by expanding connectivity and mobile device use, increasing preference for near real-time delivery, and growing demand for product experience exclusivity and uniqueness
