- Balanced Work Schedule – Open work hours (75%) most offered flexible work-life program in 2018, growing 39 percentage points from 2013, followed by telecommuting or remote work options (66%) and reduced hours (51%)
- Increased Programs Uptake – All flexible work programs increased significantly from 2017 indicating more companies are recognizing its importance in attracting and retaining talent
- Key Growth Drivers – Include increasing return on employee health and well-being investment, growing preference for work-life balance, and rising value for intangible work compensation and benefits (e.g. medical plans, unlimited sick days)
