- Current AI Capabilities – 26% of respondents believe AI and automation technologies are already advanced to help HR planning in 2018, increasing from 17% in 2017
- Unconvinced Few – 2% of participants does not believe technologies will be advanced enough to impact HR in future in 2018, a decrease from previous year
