  • Business Activities and Requirements – Other top motivation include expanding business activities (25%) and meeting compliance requirements (25%)
  • Recent Incidents – Security incidents that affected other organizations (24%) or experienced by own company (21%) also prompted some respondents to increase IT security in 2018
