- Microsoft Holoportation – Microsoft Research’s Interactive 3D Technologies team newly revealed project allowing people to see, hear and interact with real-time 3D holograms of remote participants, using HoloLens and special camera rig
- Current Hologram Technology – While user can communicate properly, it still doesn’t provide sense of smell or physical touch of other person, who appears to float due to hologram’s field of view
