  • Artificial Intelligence – Three in ten executives chose artificial intelligence as most disruptive technology to their industry through 2022, while two in ten selected it as most impactful to their business models
  • Robotics – 11% said robotics will be most disruptive to their industries, and 13% to their business models within five years
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include increased demand for low cost and efficient business solutions, transaction and information digitization, and accelerating pace of change in core technologies, such as computing power and Internet connectivity
