- Using Smartphone In-Store – More than three in five respondents have used their smartphones at least once in-store, mostly to look up product reviews (70%), compare prices (70%), and access coupons (69%)
- Informed Shoppers – Shoppers also used smartphones in-store to look for information, such as product alternatives (22%), different online retailer (20%), other locations for same retailer (20%) and stock status in another location or online (20%)
- Key Growth Drivers – Include increasing number of better informed and more empowered customers, continuously evolving consumer shopping behavior, and growing demand for unique products and seamless multi-channel shopping experience
