- Listening to Music – More than two-thirds of smart speaker owners surveyed by NPR and Edison Research say they use device regularly to listen to music, with 38% also using device to listen to radio
- Acquiring Information – 58% of respondents use smart speakers to ask about weather, while 52% ask general questions
- Getting News – 45% listen to news on smart speaker, with close to third listening to radio news/talk
