Reinventors are companies leading in digital transformation, Practitioners are enterprises in middle of adopting digital technologies, while Aspirationals are those in early stage of digital transformation
Proof Point Findings:
  • Increased Employee Engagement – Three in four reinventors actively get input from employees to acquire new ideas and opportunities, compared to more than half of practitioners, and 38% of aspirationals
  • Empowered Teams – 71% of reinventors empower their people to take the best course of action, while 53% of practitioners and 39% of aspirationals do so
  • Collaborative Environment – Seven in ten reinventors promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across business, compared to 51% of practitioners and 31% of aspirationals
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include rapidly evolving business environment, accelerating pace of technology advancements, and growing need to adapt to uncertain technological changes in market
