- Top Current Workplace Trends – Respondents believe leveraging technology to learn new skills (64%), global search for talent (57%), and constant role shifts (53%) already prevalent and changing workplace
- Changing Work Conditions – Flexible work culture and compensation structures expected to become more common in future, such as being paid in real-time based on contribution (57%), ability to define own schedule (56%), contract workers being hired on project basis (50%)
- Job Displacements Threat – 94% of respondents think automation, smart machines and AI is already replacing or will soon replace humans in doing repetitive tasks
