- Smartphone Lead – Majority of respondents (82%) in Adobe survey used smartphones for online content consumption in 2017
- Other Top Devices – 63% of respondents also used laptops or desktop computers to engage with content in 2017, followed by tablets (38%)
- Emerging Technologies – Less than 10% of adults already using advanced technologies for content engagement, such as wearable device (9%), digital display (4%) and IoT devices (3%)
- Key Growth Drivers – Include proliferation of social media platforms, improving network connectivity, expanding volume of online content and growing user preference to consume and share content via online channels
