- National Wellness Program – UnitedHealthcare Motion created by Qualcomm and UnitedHealth as national employee wellness program with activity trackers that eligible participants (i.e. workforce of employers with self-funded and fully-insured plans) can use to monitor and work towards own wellness
- Earning Incentives – Participants can earn up to $1,000 per year for their health funds by doing daily activities, such as taking 500 steps within seven minutes, six times per day; taking 3,000 steps within 30 minutes; and completing 10,000 total steps per day
