- Increased Employee Engagement – Three in four reinventors actively get input from employees to acquire new ideas and opportunities, compared to more than half of practitioners, and 38% of aspirationals
- Empowered Teams – 71% of reinventors empower their people to take the best course of action, while 53% of practitioners and 39% of aspirationals do so
- Collaborative Environment – Seven in ten reinventors promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across business, compared to 51% of practitioners and 31% of aspirationals
- Key Growth Drivers – Include rapidly evolving business environment, accelerating pace of technology advancements, and growing need to adapt to uncertain technological changes in market
