- Customer-Centric Businesses – 61% of respondents in Vodafone survey are focusing on keeping customers happy to adopt to disruptive business transformations in 2018
- Operating Changes – Half of businesses surveyed also mentioned looking into increasing productivity (55%), growing revenue (55%), and cutting costs (49%) to address disruptions
- Talented Employees – 46% of companies are also prioritizing attracting talented employees that could help address disruptions to businesses
