  • Social Media Inspiration – Four in ten customers look through social media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, for inspiration for purchases
  • Online Retailers Shopping – 37% of customers surveyed go to retailers’ individual websites to browse and find things to buy
  • Third Party Websites – One-third of respondents search through third party websites, such as price comparison and multi-brand websites (i.e. websites that carry and sell multiple brands to customers, like Amazon and JustFab) for purchasing inspiration
