- Social Media Inspiration – Four in ten customers look through social media sites, such as Facebook and Twitter, for inspiration for purchases
- Online Retailers Shopping – 37% of customers surveyed go to retailers’ individual websites to browse and find things to buy
- Third Party Websites – One-third of respondents search through third party websites, such as price comparison and multi-brand websites (i.e. websites that carry and sell multiple brands to customers, like Amazon and JustFab) for purchasing inspiration
- Key Growth Drivers – Include continuously evolving consumer shopping behavior, increasing consumer demand for seamless multi-channel engagement with brands, and growing volume of product choices and alternatives
