  • Strong Vision – Eight in ten leaders of reinventors have strong vision where their industry is heading, compared to 66% of practitioners and 43% of aspirationals
  • Transparency – Reinventors (68%) more likely to promote transparency and engage in continuous dialogue with employees than practitioners (53%) and aspirationals (36%)
  • Communication – 67% of reinventors are also able to communicate their vision to employees, more so than practitioners (56%) and aspirationals (37%)
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include rapidly evolving business environment, accelerating pace of technology advancements, and growing need to adapt to uncertain technological changes in market
