  • Selected Customers – Benefits customers who can walk and not bedridden, whose healthcare plans cover supplemental non-emergency medical transportation
  • Geographic Coverage – Include select counties in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and District of Columbia
  • Service Accomplishments – More than 14,500 transports have occurred since implementation in May 2017, and 92% of Cigna-HealthSpring customers using service already made Lyft their preferred transportation option as of November 30, 2017
  • Importance of Transportation Services – About 3.6 million people in U.S. miss or delay preventive medical care due to lack of access to transportation services, while government spend $2.7 billion annually on non-emergency medical transportation
