  • New Prosthetics Material – Shapeways is introducing PA11, new biodegradable nylon material derived from castor oil, built for 3D printing prosthetics, to medical customers cost-effectively
  • Material Properties – Include elasticity, strength, flexibility and impact-resistance, available in natural white finish but can also be dyed to any color
  • Other Medical Uses – Material can also be used to create braces, insoles, and other exterior medical needs
