- 3D Head Up Display – Jaguar Land Rover and University of Cambridge are developing new head up display (HUD) that can beam information, images and videos on driver’s and passengers’ field of view
- Safety Information – Can be used to project safety information, such as lane departure, hazard detection and navigation directions in front of driver, enhancing responsiveness and judgment
- Movie Streaming – Can stream personalized 3D movies and journey details for passengers wherever they sit without need for individual screens or 3D glasses
- Overall Vision – Project part of company’s Smart Cabin vision which aims to use technologies to enhance and personalize safety, entertainment and convenience of drivers and passengers in age of autonomous vehicles
- Destination Zero – Overall effort will support Jaguar Land Rover’s goal towards zero emissions, zero accidents and zero congestion society
