- Internet-of-Things – 36% of business and information technology (IT) executives surveyed by PwC said Internet-of-Things is most disruptive technology that can impact their industry in five years, while 42% said it will be affect their business models the most
- Artificial Intelligence – Three in ten executives chose artificial intelligence as most disruptive technology to their industry through 2022, while two in ten selected it as most impactful to their business models
- Robotics – 11% said robotics will be most disruptive to their industries, and 13% to their business models within five years
- Key Growth Drivers – Include increased demand for low cost and efficient business solutions, transaction and information digitization, and accelerating pace of change in core technologies, such as computing power and Internet connectivity
