- Artificial Intelligence Assistants – Software technologies autonomously performing tasks equal to or better than humans
- Jobs Displacement – More than half of consumers think AI assistants will likely replace humans as tutors (58%), travel agents (56%), tax preparers (54%), and office assistants (52%) by 2022
- Less Likely Roles – Fewer respondents think AI assistants will likely replace chauffeurs (30%), and doctors (22%) by 2022
