- Collaborative and Flexible Culture – Most respondents also placed importance on work culture, including getting holidays (86%), working with great people (80%), and having flexible working conditions (79%)
- Key Growth Drivers – Include increasing millennial population in workforce, rising demand for intangible benefits (e.g. better time management, location flexibility, work variety and creative freedom), and increased industry competition for top talent
