  • Gender Priority – 54% of companies surveyed by Harvey Nash was actively in pursuit of achieving better balance between men and women employees in 2018
  • Other Top Priorities – Culture (39%), ethnicity (38%) and age (35%) also among most considered priorities for diversity programs
  • Diverse Capabilities – Some companies also focused on diversity in capabilities in 2018, such as functional expertise (32%), academic background (27%) and international expertise (26%)
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include public pressure to diversify workplace, increasing competencies of women and minority groups, and prioritizing of diversity and inclusion by company leaders
