  • Developing Diversity Policies – 64% of companies surveyed by Harvey Nash have partial to mostly formal strategy for promoting diversity in 2018, with little change since 2015
  • No Policies in Place – 15% of participants said their company have no diversity policies or strategies in place, a decline from 20% in 2015
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include public pressure to diversify workplace, increasing competencies of women and minority groups, and hiring of diversity and inclusion experts in company leadership
