- Features with Highest Interest – Route tracking or navigation (44%) identified in 2017 Deloitte survey as connected car feature with highest interest among U.S. adults, followed by maintenance (41%) and traffic or weather updates (40%)
- Rising Value – Not finding any value for connected car features significantly decreased to 14% in 2017, from 32% in 2015
- Key Growth Drivers – Include accelerating computing power, proliferation of low-cost sensors and peripheral devices, intensifying competition in transportation and mobility market, and rapidly improving vehicle technologies
