  • Top Valued Benefits – Having flexible schedules (86%) thought as valuable by most respondents, followed by telecommuting capabilities (70%)
  • Importance of Wellness Programs – Around two in three respondents also deemed wellness benefits, such as having designated office space for wellness and ability to reimburse well-being expenses, as valuable
  • Most Offered Programs – Half of companies surveyed offered flexible schedule, highest among all employment programs in 2018, followed by wellness counseling (35%)
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include increasing returns on employee health and well-being investment, growing preference for work-life balance, and rising value for intangible work compensation and benefits (e.g. medical plans, unlimited sick days)
