  • External Recruitment – Four in ten of employers recruited from external pool of candidates, offering higher salaries (22%) and providing additional benefits (19%) to attract right people
  • Other Strategies – 27% of employers also used alternative sourcing strategies, 17% changed existing work models, and 12% outsourced talent just to fill vacant positions
