- Less Prioritized Financial Benefits – Only few respondents placed value on other financial benefits that can have significant potential upside in future, such as stock options or retirement savings
- Unimportant Fringe Benefits – Incremental benefits, such as fitness or wellness benefit, transportation allowance and meals, not given priority by most respondents
- Key Growth Drivers – Include intensifying competition for top talent with up-to-date, specialized skills, growing employee preference for office culture that promotes work-life balance, and increasing value for intangible work compensation and benefits (e.g. medical plans, unlimited sick days)
