- Internet-of-Things Smart Office – Office environment equipped with Internet-of-Things technologies, such as connected machines, as well as other smart technologies, including augmented and virtual reality, and artificial intelligence
- Mainstream Internet-of-Things Offices – Majority (53%) of American employees surveyed anticipate working in smart offices employing Internet-of-Things technologies by 2021
- Greater Likelihood Among Millennials – Seven in ten (72%) millennials expect to work in smart offices in near future, making age group with highest expectation among generations
- Reluctant Baby Boomers – Almost half (49%) of Baby Boomers think they will not likely be working in IoT-enabled workplaces by 2021
