- Weak Experience Brand – Deloitte survey found only less than one-fourth of respondents have employers with excellent capabilities in building strong employee experience brands, as well as helping them balance personal and professional goals and demands, with majority only having weak to adequate capabilities
- Design Thinking Improvements – Around half rated their employers with having weak usage and understanding of design thinking (i.e. using creative strategies to solve complex problems) in employee experience
- Key Growth Drivers – Include accelerating return on employee experience investment, growing workforce demand for work-life balance, and increasing difficulty in developing and retaining talent
