  • Intermittent Freelancing – Less than half of respondents does freelance work less frequently than weekly time frame, with 11% only doing it four times a year or less
  • Key Growth Drivers – Include increasing dependence of companies on freelancers and other external employees, accelerating company return on flexible talent employment, and rising employee demand for intangible freelancing benefits, such as time and location flexibility, as well as work variety
