- Computer/IT and STEM Skills – 32% of respondents think that information technology skills are most important to have in future, followed by other STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) skills
- Important Soft Skills – Soft skills, such as creativity (14%), as well as ability to re-learn (7%) also cited as important skills to develop in future
- Key Drivers – Include accelerating pace of change in the business environment, job displacements brought about by technology advancements, increasing demand for specialized skills, and heightening company focus on innovation, analytics, and research and development
