- Website Preference – Nearly half of respondents in Encrybit survey preferred using website in trading cryptocurrency in 2018, mainly due to ease and availability of fully-functioning tools (e.g. charts, switching between sheets, and different pages)
- Other Available Channels – 38% of participants preferred using mobile app for cryptocurrency transactions in 2018, while another 14% lean toward desktop applications
- Key Growth Drivers – Include proliferation of cryptocurrencies and crypto exchanges across different channels, growing number of active traders, and increasing consumer and investor interest in traditional currency alternatives
