- Smallsats Launch – Startup Rocket Lab launched six small satellites or smallsats, into low Earth orbit from New Zealand on November 11, 2018, sent aboard company’s low-cost Electron rocket
- Second Time – Feat marks second time Rocket Lab used Electron for orbital smallsat launches, with first flight made in January 2018 sending two Spire Lemur-2 and two Planet Dove Earth-observing satellites into orbit, in addition to its non-orbital launch in May 2017
- Customers – Rocket carried payloads from Spire Global, which collects data on ships and planes, and Australia-based Fleet Space Technologies, which aims to connect remote devices to Internet
- Bi-Weekly Launches – Plans to eventually launch satellites into space using Electron rockets on bi-weekly basis
- Next Flights – Third Electron flight planned in December 2018, and fourth in January 2019, with plans to complete 16 launches in 2019
