- Higher White Salaries – American white respondents in Hired report preferred, on average, receiving $130,000 of salary and offered $136,000 in 2017, highest among all races, followed by Asians
- Multiracial Salaries – Candidates who identify with two or more races both ask and receive lower salaries than other respondents who identify with only one race
- Key Growth Drivers – Include increasing pressure to diversify workplace, potential implementation of diversity policies, and expanding advocacies for equal employment opportunities, compensation and benefits for all races
